I had some back entries I may post...they are pretty interesting but I'm lazy and have a lot of crap to do tomorrow (today) but I'm still awake - on AIM and texting like it's 14 hundred hours.

I dyed my hair (not the blond in the pictures, that's spray in) I'll post a photo eventually...most likely tomorrow (later today).

for the record...sleeping in the woods with your boyfriend is the most amazing thing in the world.

How was your weekend?

Busy, busy, busy. that's all I can say. Tuesday alone I had two interviews and a 5:30 appointment. Ugh, I love being busy though, feels good. The first place was Toni and Guy, I believe it went well followed by Harley Davidson, yes the motorcycle place, haha so that went well too. We'll see what happens..

As you saw, I'm thinking on getting a new piercing (again attiya, geez) haha but I want to get my lower lip done. But it all depends where I get a job if I will get it done (the healing process) I already know my current job will be like wtf! I talked to my manager and he said as long as I cover it up.



I love this shirt sooo much...I think I'll where it to work tomorrow. My hair is so black it's blue haha.

I need to stop drinking salted caramels, I'm going to turn into a lump of salt. I lost my fedora =( so I have to get a new one, I think I left it at home in MD...it was old as hell though so I guess it was time for a new one anyway.



Thinking about dying my hair chocolate brown for fall but I doubt that will happen, I love my jet black hair. It's a good contrast to my complexion. if I dye it, I might look bald...same thing goes when I wear brown shirts "Haha Attiya's in a brown shirt, she looks naked" hahahah thank you Angelo for making me laugh until I couldn't breath and then promptly putting on a white tank so I could be visible and dressed.

I just got home from work at it's after 11pm. I have to leave for Phoenix at 5:30a and then be to work at 8am and then back to Phoenix at 3:30. Saturday Tokio Hotel is coming to town to sign some CD's so I'm going to go down there and meet them. I will have pictures... Pretty cool. Anyway, it's boyfriend time and then bed.

I decided that I need a regular sleeping schedule so last night I took a benadryl and drank some sleepy-time tea...knocked me out good! The only problem is, I didn't stay sleeping long. Mainly because tea makes you have to potty a lot so that was annoying and on top of that, that stuff gets you to sleep but doesn't really keep you sleeping. Oh well! I was up bright and early none the less.




Today was fun, I got up early and went about some business. I'm in the works of setting up a shoot in So Cal so that should be fun, we'll see how that works out. I got a pedicure and a manicure today with my step-mom and the message chair was on the fritz so it was like punching me, but then I realized I had the power and the intensity all the way up so...yeah. Everyone had a good laugh though.

I went to get sushi from AJ's today but they were closed when I got there...boo! So, I went to the Starbucks across the street and got something oh s yummy! I wanted to try something new and they guy was so sweet that helped me, he recommended a salted-caramel hot chocolate....soooo delicious!




I should be heading off to bed (gotta keep on schedule) but I'm eating tortilla chips with my dad and our eyes are glued to Most Haunted and their live shows. 

I feel a weight slowly lifting off my chest...but I still need to fix a few more things before I can finally breathe free. I find inspirations at the strangest places and in the most unusual ways...no complaints but I'm just a special bee.

Today was suppose to be a nothing day but it ended up being somewhat productive and well I can officially say there are A LOT of good things coming in the near future! My lips will remain sealed for a bit longer though...

I slept in because I was up all night reading Poe. I woke up to my cat crying because she wanted out of her room. I let her out and we curled up on the couch to some coffee and the beatles, after that was a bubble bath and then I sat by the pool for a bit.




I can feel the weather getting cooler all the time and looking at the next few days it's only getting cooler...Saturday is only going to be 75! I have been wearing scarves since I can remember and I'm so excited to actually have a reason to wear one...I think my leopard print on is perfect.

What gives you inspiration when you're down?

I guess sometimes it takes a rainy day to shine and with all the sun in AZ, hope isn't on my side.

I dropped my phone last night while I was taking a walk. I had just finished talking with my darling and tripped over a rock and my phone just fell. I was so upset! I'm going to get a new one in a few days, it has a scratch that I just can't live with.



It's in the corner, you might not be able to see it because of the lighting and well it's kind of tiny.

I need a pedicure, I've been having a really bad past few days and I think that could help a little. I'm traveling back east for the Christmas Holiday so I'll be in Bel Air [md] Philadelphia [pa] and New York [ny] between Dec 22-Jan 7.

Did you watch the debate last night? If so, what were you thoughts?

I'm really excited for Autumn and Winter this year, mainly because I'm in another state that doesn't really feel the bitter cold like Maryland! For once I won't have to deal with below 0 weather this winter. But I have to admit, I do miss the changing of the leaves =(

Along with that I can't wait to get my shop on for my autumn wardrobe! First thing I need is a purse and once I find that I'm getting this jacket.

I love leopard print and when I saw this on my way to work a few weeks ago I was raving about it all day!


This one if adorable too.


There are quite a few purses I have seen the past few days so I may just splurge and get one or two.

I have come to the conclusion it is time to kick it up a gear or two! I am in control of my life yet sometimes I feel as though I'm not or I want someone else to control it just to help me along. Well NO, not anymore! I've been taking care of my responsibilities since a young age and I didn't even have to, I just did. So now, I'm doing it not only because I have to but because I want to and I don't want anybody to tell me what I can and can't do. Moving to the west coast made me realize that there is more the the world then just Bel Air (as if I didn't already know) but If I can get here, I can get anywhere.


Todays' agenda consist of a lot of me time. I'm going to pamper myself with the dead sea! I have an on-call shift at 5pm so I may have to work. I'm thinking I might take a nap though, I'm a wee tired. The only thing is, my point to getting up so early was so that I could tire myself and then fall asleep early. I need to get my sleeping schedule on track because I have a lot of big things coming up and I don't want to be all stupid with my sleep.

Of course I had a hard time sleeping last night, what else is new. I brought Ali in my room again so me could keep each other company. She cries when she's in her room and I feel so bad. I'm thinking some strawberries would be super yummy right now.

The summer is winding down and it's getting a little cooler here. Yesterday was definitely sweater weather. My step-mom and I are going to get pedicures sometime this week. I work in flip-flops 24/7 and she just needs so relaxation time so it's perfect.

I'm searching for the perfect purse since my mom hasn't sent me my stuff from back home.

Lately I had had an obsession with bagels and cream cheese and that's all I want! When we worked the 6am shifts last week at A&F everyone would break at ten and we'd all flock for bagels and cream cheese from Paradise and sit outside of Starbucks and end up late back in.



I'm applying at Harley Davidson because my Dad is really good with the people there and I think it would be super fun working from one extreme to the other. A&F is extremely conservative and Harley is on the opposite end of the spectrum! Wish me luck!

Along with bagels and cream cheese I have been going through more rice cakes than a bakery does bread! In addition, my Dad has also been keeping up with the baguettes so I've been attacking that as well. This seems to be all about food, aye?



I actually went out today and I bought a super cute wallet for $8,00 at TJ Maxx. I also paroozed the local stores for fun and then ended my night with a bagel and cream cheese and some strawberries.

I can't sleep and I feel like texting until my fingers fall off.

Trips to target usually make my day but today I had drawn a blank and nothing seemed interesting to me. The past few days have consisted of me and my cat loafing around the house.

I am off of work until Tuesday so I making the best of it by online shopping for a leopard print purse.

I was walking through the wall and of course I got jumped by the people who work at one of those stands only this time I wasn't like NO! i had actually been meaning to check it out. Well to make a long story short, I now has fan-freaking-tastic nails and silky smooth skin. Thanks Dead Sea!

Anyway, this is a short IM BACK entry. Planet Earth is on so I must watch.

The MAC mineral foundation is amazing! It gives my skin a healthy look and believe me, my skin is a bit of a disaster! $25-$26 (depending on tax)


I also went to Origins and bought some Gilded Rose blush...yay! I look like I was sun-punched when I combine them and I love it! $17-$18 (depending on tax)



To top it off, I bought these nifty eco friendly cruelty free make-up applicator brushed and they are softer than anything I have ever felt. I also have the foundation brush in addition to what you see. (under ten dollars for the set of five)

Sometimes you could be having a great day but there is still something in the back of your mind just waiting to over brew...That's how I feel today...the day has been great so far but I feel as though something is bothering me and I can't quite put my finger on it. Not going to lie, it's kind of annoying.

I'm also starting to get that "it's okay you're human" feeling as well...I'm bad with emotion and tend to keep things bottled up inside and then I go off and explode somewhere and come back a little later as if nothing happened. I feel like showing emotion makes me weak or strange. I guess I'm emotionally retarded, I have a lot of issue. ha.

I heard a song today that gave me a strange feeling of hope, it was good, kind of a feeling that says "Lets get this started" I'm sure I make no sense but I guess that's okay too.

I'm getting my hair done this weekend which I'm pretty excited about1 My hair is in serious need of attention.

I'm missing some few dearly right now...

and the cares of tomorrow cant wait til this day is done...

So the week is over...phew! It wasn't a bad week just seemed a bit longer than usual...I had many interviews this week and I'm sure next week I'll be booked up as well. I'm really tired and I slept forever when I got in. I stayed up long enough to hug my Daddy when he came home but then I was out. I recall one of the wee ones coming in and laying in my bed but I'm sure he took shelter after I started rustling about in the bed.

I'm listening to music to calm myself...I tend to get all worked up over nothing so I'm definately going to have the iPhone singing me to sleep tonight with my meditation/nature music/sounds haha.

Tomorrow is Saturday and I plan on taking it easy. I know I may be going a few places with the fam but for the most part it will be a jammy day with lots of texting and Ali (the kitty)



I had an emergency tampon run tonight...that's right, I went there haha. I went out looking about for store around the way and NOTHING was open! Bel Air had a lot of 24 hour places and the town was dead after 9p! Here people are always about but stuff closes at like 10p! Thank goodness my step-mom was like I'll take you to the Walmart! I was sooo thankful! I got one of those reusable bags because it's easier and I think they're adorable! I also got a few little things including some yummy smelling grapefruit body wash.



I love the Olympics and I don't want them to end! I'm also going to CA the Aug 29-Sep 1...FIRST TIME BABY! Haha, I'm really excited too! Also planning a trip back to the east coast, NY to chill with my brother and hopefully my boy will come up from MD and we can paint the town! I want to go to Todai sooo badly so I must do that. I know they have one in CA too but I want to go to the NY one. i also discovered 6 pairs of cantacts in my bags today...yup, I still have shit in my suitcases...ha, I rock.

Stay the fudge out of it!

So I have to say, apartment searching is quite a blast. We looked at quite a few places and most of them were lovely...except one. I had raved about this place when I was in MD and the first day we went I couldn't look but I got information, and I was uber excited! The second day we went we had this awful black woman help us and I did not like her! She took everyone's ID that was 18+ and my dad had left his wallet at home so he couldn't come in, which was lame because he was the one who really needed to see. The woman in general just came off as a total jerk and a bitch. She seemed snooty and did a horrible job at selling the place. She did compliment my little bro on his observant eyes but that was the only thing I liked about her.  I was pretty much like...screw you! The apartment sucked as well; it was too small, very narrow and not well presented. so that place is just off my list!

I'm seeing a lot of lizards just running around outside, I think they run the place!

So I totally love Paris Hilton weather she was in jail, used flaming hot cheetos for blush, or "uses dogs for accessory"

Today is my first day of work here in Arizona! When I was in Maryland I worked at Hollister and when I moved here i decided to transfer but to transfer to Abercrombie and Fitch. For those of you who don't know, they are the same company, A&F is just more expensive and a bit better quality. I don't work until 5pm...so why am I awake so early...?

My grandma forgot the timezone difference and called me at 7am EST which is 4am mountain time...I tried to go back to sleep and managed until around 6:30a or so and I've been up since. One cup or tea and one cup of coffee so far.

I don't know why I made the switch to Livejournal...as much as I loved it there but I just adore Buzznet to pieces!

I made an "Oh, maryland" album on my MySpace to remember the fun times there.



That was my last day in maryland with my BEST friend Andrew! We didn't get home until four that morning and I still had to finish packing...I don't remember if we slept but we did some bizzarre things at the airport...SO MUCH FUN!

My backs were over 40lbs each so we traded pushing them because the wheels were broken on one and my mom was lugging the one with wheels. Of course my airline was the one ALL the way at the end so we were dead when we got there...I'm sure I almost broke the back of the women who was checking them in haha.

I love wearing my glasses but it's SO sunny here and they aren't anything close to sunglasses so i just wear contacts.

Well I have moved and I am quite content...a few things I wish I could have taken with me but that would have been impossible. 3G and MacBook are my best friends right now and love well...remains my enemy. Oh well, I'm living and learning.
